This retreat is designed to be completed live for two key reasons.

First, attending live makes it much easier to stay accountable. A business audit or retreat is hard to prioritize, and having a group to show up for increases the chances that you’ll complete the exercises, plan for the next year, and get the most out of the experience.

Second, being present live is essential because we’ll engage in group coaching, masterminding, breakout rooms, and discussions. These elements won't be the same if you're relying on recordings.

If you have a scheduling conflict and can’t attend a session, please email me at [email protected]. Let me know your situation so we can plan accordingly, ensuring you still receive the programming and stay on track. This also helps me make sure all participants have partners, and everything runs smoothly in your absence.

Can you believe the nerve of hosting a "Rich & Rested" CEO Retreat without hot drinks and respites? Don’t worry—we’ll have breaks roughly every 60 to 90 minutes.

The breaks will be short but long enough for a quick restroom stop, grabbing your fourth beverage of the day, answering a text, or giving your dog some belly rubs before jumping back in.

Kristin will share the exact agenda as we get closer to the retreat.

Set yourself up for success the day before the retreat: Here's some ideas...

🍎Prep your breakfast, snacks &/or lunch in advance. Whether that's making it yourself, or scheduling deliveries. Our breaks will be brief (10 min refreshers), so to maximize them, I recommend having food ready-made before we start. 

💦Gather your favorite beverages to hydrate & focus. 

🚶‍♀️Move your body before we start. We'll spend between 60 - 90 min stretches of time at the computer. Going for a walk in the morning or simply stretching for 10-15 minutes will help you have the energy for our day and undoubtedly inspiration to vision your 2025!

2️⃣Set up your OOO auto-reply. 

💌 Schedule an OOO auto-responder on your email/Slack, and remind your team or clients that you won't be available or will be slow to respond. 

📱I also recommend putting your phone on "Do Not Disturb" mode (Understandably may not be possible for caretakers!) for our sessions. This helps relieve you of the pressure to respond to folks and be fully present for this investment you've made in your business' long-term success.
